You will be recognized for reaching each milestone. Sign-up and begin making a difference today. Be a candidate for CFC’s annual Grow Involved Youth Award.
  • Go to Kids for Community to find hundreds of opportunities to make a difference in New York City.
  • Create a piece of art or write poetry about Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s legacy of service, and submit it to CFC’s Poetry and Art Contest—compete to win prizes at CFC’s Grow Involved on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Event!
  • Learn about CFC’s Programs and Initiatives and then submit an interest form to Grow Involved!  If you are under 18, be sure to have your parent or guardian help and give you permission.

“I had a birthday where my friends each gave at least $10 for Children for Children. In all, we made $136. I think this is good, because you can give some money to schools that need computers, gym equipment or a library. I've been doing this for four years now. I think that other kids should do this also. My brother Jackson, who is six, sold shells and lemonade on the beach and made over $100 for CFC.”
