Without limitation of the foregoing, these Terms of Use set forth the responsibilities of website users as well as the limitations on Children for Children Foundation's liability as the provider of this website and the Kids for Community website/database that is linked to a Children for Children web page (references to the website herein also include the Kids for Community website/database). Third Parties Posting Volunteer Opportunities

When a new third party posts information on Kids for Community, our staff may make an initial review of the organization and the posted volunteer opportunity. However, we have no formal relationship with organizations listed on Kids for Community, and since Kids for Community is an open system in which any party can post information, we encourage you to find out as much information as possible about organizations of interest before participating in any activities. If you are a minor, have a parent or guardian help you. Additionally, a parent or guardian should always accompany a minor when meeting with an organization for the first time.

This is strictly voluntary. The information we receive is used provide information, include interested parties in Children for Children programs and events or follow up as otherwise interested. We may, from time to time, include comments and feedback in Children for Children materials. We do not share email addresses for marketing purposes of people who respond or send us feedback. Children for Children and Kids for Community do not sell or give their mailing lists to other organizations.
